These terms cover your use of AskRingo.com and the Ringo AI receptionist service ("Ringo," "we," "us"), operated by Robert Hanson, a sole proprietor in Commerce City, Colorado. By booking a demo, signing up, or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Ringo answers your business's phone calls and website chats using artificial intelligence. It can answer questions using information you give us, book appointments on your calendar, take messages, screen calls, and transfer callers to your staff. We set it up, test it with you, and adjust it as needed.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate services, prices, hours and policies, and tell us when they change.
Have the right to forward your phone number to us and to connect your calendar.
Follow the laws that apply to your business, including any rules about telling callers a call may be recorded or that they are speaking with an automated assistant.
Don't use Ringo for illegal, harassing, or emergency services (such as 911-type calls).

AI limitations

Ringo is AI and can make mistakes, such as misunderstanding a caller or booking the wrong time. Please review the summaries and bookings we email you. Ringo will not make promises, offer discounts, or give medical, legal or financial advice on your behalf.

Fees and billing

Fees are the setup and monthly prices quoted to you in writing. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Usage above your plan's included minutes may be billed at the rate in your quote. Late or failed payments may pause the service.

Term and cancellation

There is no long-term contract. Either side can cancel with 30 days' notice by email. See our Service Policies for refunds and setup.

Third-party providers

Ringo relies on outside providers for voice, phone numbers, AI, calendars and email. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers, but we will work to restore service quickly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will email active customers about important changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
